Technical Issues with Online Courses

JBM Medical Health & Safety can assist with general questions, but the online portion of blended learning courses is provided directly by the American Red Cross. For technical support, contact:

How long does it take to receive my certification?

American Red Cross certifications take 2-3 business days to process and are emailed directly from the Red Cross. If not received, check your spam folder or search for your certification here.

What if I need my certification sooner?

JBM Medical Health & Safety can expedite your certification for an additional $15 fee upon request.

Rescheduling an In-Person Class
  • More than 72 hours before class: You may reschedule via your confirmation email or by contacting us, free of charge.
  • Within 72 hours or after the class: A $50 reschedule fee applies.
Rescheduling a Virtual Learning Skills Session

Virtual sessions must be rescheduled by a JBM team member. Email scheduling@jbmmedical.health. The same reschedule policy applies.

Cancelling an In-Person Class
  • No cancellations allowed within 7 days of the class or after it occurs.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are subject to a $25 fee.
  • Lifeguard course cancellations more than 7 days in advance are subject to a 25% administrative fee.
  • No refunds for missed or failed classes.

Missed In-Person Class

If you miss your class, you may reschedule for a future one with a $50 reschedule fee. No refunds are given for no-shows.

Cancelling a Virtual Learning Class
  • Cancellations before 7 days incur a $25 fee and any applicable shipping costs.
  • A partial refund may be issued upon return of shipped materials.
  • No cancellations allowed within 7 days or after the course.
