JBM Medical Health & Safety, LLC policies are designed to follow industry training guidelines while supporting our instructors and training partners. We reserve the right to cancel classes if minimum enrollment requirements are not met. If a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered an alternative class at no additional cost.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
7-Day Cancellation Policy:
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed within 7 days of a scheduled appointment.
  • A $25 cancellation fee applies to any CPR/BLS appointments canceled prior to 7 days before the scheduled appointment.
  • A 25% administrative fee applies to any Lifeguard course canceled prior to 7 days before the scheduled course.
  • Any customer who purchases a course within 72 hours prior to the start date agrees that their purchase is final.
72-Hour Reschedule Policy:
  • Please reschedule at least 72 hours before your scheduled course.
  • A $50 reschedule fee applies to any appointments rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled class.
  • To reschedule within 72 hours, contact our office directly.
No-Show Policy:
  • Participants who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notice will not receive a refund.
  • The class may only be rescheduled with payment of a $50 reschedule fee.
Refund Policy
  • Please refer to the cancellation and rescheduling policies above.
  • No refunds are permitted after a service has been rendered or after 90 days of purchase.
Certification Card Policy
  • Certifications take approximately 2–3 business days to be issued electronically.
  • A $15 fee applies for expedited certificate requests (within 48 hours).
Failed Course Policy
  • No refunds will be issued for students who do not pass a course.
  • Students who do not pass must re-enroll and pay for the course again.
Visitor Policy
  • Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training.
  • Children are not permitted unless they are registered in the course.
Online-Only Courses
  • No refunds are allowed for online-only classes.
  • Once an online class has been purchased, access details will be sent shortly after registration.
Privacy Policy
  • JBM Medical Health & Safety, LLC respects customer privacy and does not sell personal information.
  • Payment and customer data are securely processed through encrypted systems.
  • Clients may request data removal by contacting our support team.

  • By providing your contact information, you agree to receive important updates, including appointment reminders and account notifications.
  • Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out at any time, reply STOP or contact us directly.
